Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking Strategic Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert advice and strategic insights to drive business growth, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance infrastructure development. The successful candidate will have deep industry knowledge and experience in infrastructure-related projects, including transportation, energy, utilities, and construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Advisory: Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term business strategies, evaluate market trends, and recommend growth opportunities for infrastructure development.
- Project Feasibility & Risk Assessment: Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses for large-scale infrastructure projects to ensure alignment with company goals and industry regulations.
- Market Analysis & Forecasting: Analyze current market conditions, identify emerging trends, and forecast future industry developments to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Operational Efficiency: Review current operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements for optimizing performance and reducing costs across infrastructure projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with key stakeholders, including government agencies, clients, investors, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Innovation & Technology Integration: Advise on the adoption of new technologies, such as smart infrastructure and sustainable solutions, to improve project outcomes and future-proof the business.
- Financial Modeling: Develop financial models and strategies for investment, budgeting, and resource allocation in large infrastructure projects.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all infrastructure projects adhere to local, national, and international regulations and standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor and report on project outcomes to ensure they align with the strategic vision.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of consulting experience in infrastructure-related industries (e.g., transportation, utilities, construction, energy).
- Skills:

- Excellent understanding of infrastructure project lifecycles, from planning to execution.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
